Onyeizu Condemns the Killing of LP Chieftain, Tasks Security Agencies
The LP senatorial candidate in Abia South in the February 25, 2023 National Assembly elections, Engr Chinedu Onyeizu has condemned in strongest terms, the killing of Chief Maduka Zakary, a Labour Party chieftain at the Isuikwuato area of Abia State.
Describing the murder of Zakary as barbaric and gruesome, Onyeizu tasked the security agencies to go after the killers and bring them to justice, stressing that there is no justification for murder.

In his words, ‘The gruesome murder of the man (Chief Maduka Zakary) is barbaric. I call for combined efforts of the security agencies in the state in fishing out the killers with a view to bringing them to justice. There is no justification whatsoever for taking the life of a fellow human being.’
Onyeizu further consoled the immediate family of the slain chieftain, as well as the Labour Party family in the state, and further called for more vigilance among members of various communities.
