OBASEKI ANNOUNCES N70,000 NEW MINIMUM WAGE FOR WORKERS

The Governor of Edo State His Excellency, Gov. Godwin Obaseki has announced the increment of minimum wage to N70,000 in Edo State.

This was announced after the commissioning of the Labour House named after the Former Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.

The Labour House built by Gov. Obaseki is magnificent and second to none in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, the minimum wage increment is expected to take effect from May 1, 2024.
