No Going Back in Relocation of Law Faculty to Uturu – Gov. Otti
The Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti has said that there is no going back in the plan of relocating the Faculty of Law, Abia State University to Uturu as it is the plan of the government to have all departments in one location.
The governor made this known while answering the questions raised students and parents on the proposed relocation of the faculty from Umudike back to Uturu.
Gov Otti added that the plans to ensure stability and comfortability of the students are ongoing and that the government is working to make sure that the students and their lecturers have a serene learning environment.
In his words…;
“Our plan is to make sure that there is water running in each homes. We are not going to let them be without providing the basic things needed to ensure a comfortable life. We are going to make the place conducive for them and will not leave them until we are sure that they are comfortable.”
Change comes with negative and positive responses, the government will do all we can to make sure that Abians experience a breath of air, he added.
