HON. OKPI EXTOLS DR. OKORO FOR EMPOWERING RICE FARMERS, SAYS HE HAS SET A PACE FOR OTHERS

The Honorable Councilor representing Ovukwu Ward, Hon. Ikeogu Ukpabi Okpi, has commended Chief Dr. Anderson Okoro, CEO of Seed Beverages Limited, for empowering 40 Abia Arise rice farmers in Ovukwu Ward. This philanthropic gesture aims to boost rice production, alleviate financial constraints, and improve livelihoods in the locality.

Hon. Okpi praised Chief Okoro for emulating the leadership style of Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, who has transformed Abia State without discrimination. “This is the first of its kind; we have never seen this kind of thing before,” Hon. Okpi said.
Chief Dr. Anderson Okoro, in his remarks, expressed his admiration for Governor Otti’s outstanding leadership, which has transformed Abia State within a short period. He cited the construction of the Omenuko bridge, Ozu Abam to Arochukwu Road, and other developmental projects as inspirations for his empowerment program.

Chief Okoro emphasized his commitment to supporting Governor Otti’s vision and encouraged others to emulate the governor’s leadership style. “I am not a politician, but I love good things, Anybody who fail to support Alex Otti is not a lover of good thing and hate the progress of Abia State”, Chief Okoro said.

The Honorable Councilor, Hon. Ikeogu, appreciated the gesture and called on other stakeholders to emulate Chief Okoro’s philanthropic spirit in making Abia great again.
