Breaking: President Tinubu Sacks NNPCL GCEO, others
The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu has sacked the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari and dissolved its board.
This was announced the special adviser to the president on information and strategy Bayo Onanuga on Wednesday morning the 2nd day of April, 2025 following the lingering controversy between dangote refinery and NNPCL which has resulted to the high cost petroleum in the country.
